The Great Apes Survival Partnership (GRASP) is the unique alliance of member nations, UN agencies, research institutions, conservation organizations and private supporters that works to conserve great apes in Africa and Asia. By focusing on gorilla conservation in Cameroon, Cong and DR Congo, GRASP and its partners are able to leverage projects that protect vast forest areas, thereby promoting biodiversity, species conservation, human health, environmental stewardship and economic sustainability in a manner that offers new hope for areas that were in steep decline.
