The Secretariat is pleased to announce that a poster session will be held during the second meeting of the Working Group on Review of Implementation of the Convention (WGRI-2) on the theme of implementation of national biodiversity strategies and action plans and their contribution (NBSAPs) to the 2010 Biodiversity Target. This theme has been selected in order to contribute to the focus of the Working Group itself, that is, the in-depth review of the implementation of Goals 2 and 3 of the Strategic Plan, including NBSAPs. The session will provide an opportunity for Parties and others to share experiences and achievements related to NBSAPs and their implementation.
