The Executive Secretary has invited the experts on Access and Benefit Sharing to participate in the meeting of the Panel to be held in Montreal, from 19 to 22 March 2001. Since the Panel is being 'reconvened', experts who participated in the first meeting were also invited to participate in the second meeting of the Panel
