In paragraph 6 of its recommendation X/1, the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA) requested the Executive Secretary to compile those supporting actions for the programme of work on island biodiversity included in the drafts considered at its tenth meeting and the suggestions received during that meeting and forward them to the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting for its consideration.
