The Ad Hoc Technical Expert Group Meeting on genetic use restriction technologies will be held from 19 to 21 February 2003, in Montreal, Canada. The Executive Secretary invites CBD and SBSTTA National Focal Points to submit the name of an expert who may be called upon to serve in the ad hoc technical expert group, together with a description of his/her expertise to carry out the task mandated to this group. The provisional agenda for this meeting is attached to this notification.
