It is my pleasure to inform you that on 13 October 2009, the logo and slogan of the tenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 10) together with the logo of the International Year of Biodiversity (IYB) were launched at the Ministry of the Environment in Tokyo, Japan.
