At its ninth meeting held in Bonn, Germany, the Conference of the Parties decided, in decision IX/12, to establish a group of technical and legal experts to further examine the issue of concepts, terms, working definitions and sectoral approaches in order to assist the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing.
