Entrance fees for users in Khao Yai National Park, Thailand |
Description |
|
The study investigates the entrance fee for users in Khao Yai National Park, Thailand and concludes that the park is currently under-priced. Using economic valuation tools, the study shows that visitors are willing to pay more than they are currently paying to enter the park, while park officials face increasing costs of maintenance and minimal funds for improving park services. The study advises to raise the entrance fee for the park. |
