Title |
Promoting a sustainable water supply in Botswana |
Description |
The study analyses the use of water charges in Botwana and concludes that the charges do not yet operate efficiently because of persisting subsidization of the water supply. However, their efficiency is increasing with the reduction and targeting of subsidies. Several possiblities are identified to further increase the efficiency of this instrument. |
