The Secretariat is pleased to present several discussion forums to facilitate and stimulate communications within the community of people working toward the implementation of the CBD Programme of Work on Protected Areas (PoWPA). The Secretariat hosts the PoWPA Blog below. Several external forums are also available such as the "PoWPA Support Consortium" on Facebook run collaboratively by the Secretariat and the Friends of PoWPA. For more targeted discussion with experts, eight additional discussion forums are listed on specific topics related to the implementation of the PoWPA. We welcome you and encourage you to tell us about implementation of the PoWPA in your country, post your thoughts, ask a question, share a link, and join in the discussions. Together we aim to enhance implementation of the PoWPA in real terms.
