The Conference of the Parties
Having met in Nassau from 28 November to 9 December 1994, at the gracious
invitation of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas,
Deeply appreciative ofthespecialcourtesyand thewarmhospitality extended by the
Government and people of the Bahamas to the Ministers, members of the delegations,
observers and members of the Secretariat attending the Conference,
Expresses its sincere gratitude to the Government of the Commonwealth of the
Bahamas and to its people for the cordial welcome which they accorded to the Conference and
to those associated with its work and for their contribution to the success of the Conference.
