The
Information for Participants Note is a document prepared by the Secretariat that provides detailed information on how to take part in the meeting. Vital information such as the opening of meeting, access to the venue, pre-registration and instructions for Contracting Parties is included. There is also general information on the host city, as well as a list of hotels and other useful information such a Visa requirements.
It is highly recommended that you take the time to read the note and familiarize yourself with the related logistics.
