Hotel Information
Participants are responsible for
making their own hotel bookings, and it is
strongly recommended that they do so
as early as possible. For the indicative hotel room rates and coordinates, please refer to
annex B below containing a list of hotels within the vicinity of the meeting venue. In order to benefit from the special rates some of the hotels offer, participants should specify upon booking that they will be attending a meeting at UNESCO. Credit cards or cash deposits are required for hotel reservations.
