Start at the local solutions and keep it cost-effective

The essence of biodiversity is local ecosystem survival and habitat preservation, and this needs governments to empower local initiatives and enthusiasm.
It does not always need high-cost solutions. Sometimes old-fashioned methods work just fine. Stick to the tried-and-trusted methods.
